My adult daughter and I moved into the smaller of two kinds of townhouses and we love the place. It's quiet. The management does everything possible to keep the complex clean and maintained. They even had the parking lot cleared out every bad snow day before morning came! The neighbors aren't in your business and are nice and quiet. The complex seems careful to make sure it gets good tenants.
